For over 23 years, Tasveer has been a driving force for social change, using South Asian films, art, and storytelling to challenge misrepresentation and inspire truth-telling. What started as a small film screening in 2002 has grown into the only Oscar®-qualifying South Asian film festival in the world!

Now, we’re embarking on our most exciting chapter yet—Tasveer has acquired the historic Ark Lodge Cinemas in Columbia City as its new permanent home!
