A couple months back, @spookyclt came to us with the idea that Charlotte needs a Godzilla mural, and as longtime Godzilla fans we immediately agreed and thought “why not here?” So, to help make this mural happen, we are throwing a kaiju-themed shindig on Saturday November 13th to raise funds for this awesome piece of public art that will have a permanent home on the outside of our building in the not-so-distant future!

The main event will be an art auction/raffle featuring several Godzilla themed pieces. All of the artwork that will be available comes from gracious donations from dozens of local artists. We truly cannot thank all of them enough for using their time and talents to rally around this cause 🫶🫶 All proceeds from the auction will help fund production and supplies for the mural itself which will be painted by our good friend @eulizerd. AND Super Abari will be matching all proceeds raised and donating directly to Cold Blooded And Bizarre Outreach (@coldbloodedandbizarre), a conservationist non-profit run by incredible group of reptile rescuers based right here in Charlotte. They will also be bringing some friendly reptile friends to the party for a meet and greet!

Bidding for the auction is now open and will run until the conclusion of the event on November 13th (10 PM EST. Mark those calendars and come out for an awesome evening of community hangs and celebrating all things Godzilla and help make this mural a reality! 👾🦖👾
