About Photo A-GoGo

Every December, for over two decades, The Bakery Photographic Collective has held our annual fine art photography exhibition and auction, famously known as Photo A-GoGo. The event has become one of southern Maine’s most anticipated annual arts events - a memorable evening with live music, local drinks and eats, and a space full of friends and amazing photography.

The Bakery Photographic Collective is dedicated to fostering a dynamic community where photography thrives as both an integral art form in our society and a means of expression. Our state-of-the-art facilities, available at affordable rates, serve both members and the public, promoting shared resources and knowledge to support photographers in their creative endeavors.

Photo A-GoGo plays a crucial role in raising funds that support our photographic education and community outreach initiatives at The Bakery Photo Collective. This vibrant event brings together photographers, curators and community members, fostering connections while celebrating the art of photography. The funds generated from each year’s GoGo directly contribute to workshops, classes, and resources made available to the photographic community. By welcoming artists and visitors to this interactive and creative environment, Photo A-GoGo not only highlights the importance of photography as an art form, but also ensures that essential educational opportunities and community programs are available for all!
