OUR MISSION IS SIMPLE…

Helping Mamas elevates the well-being and dignity of women by providing diapers, period products and other essential baby supplies. We harness the power of community support so that all families can thrive.

Helping Mamas collects essential items such as diapers, wipes, bottles, clothes and car seats and distributes them to our 140+ partner organizations across East Tennessee.

Helping Mamas eliminates the burden of collecting and coordinating essential items for family support workers.

Family support workers are able to spend more time in direct services with women and children, providing education and resources to support long term success.

1 in 2 families have to choose between food and diapers for their children.

1 in 3 low income people reported missing work, school or similar events due to lack of access to period products
