Charitable Contribution Disclosure
This auction is hosted by Future Youth Records, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Proceeds directly benefit our programs and mission. Only the amount paid over the fair market value (FMV) of the item may be considered tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for details.
Package Inclusions & Winner Obligations
- The winner will choose one of the following concerts:
  - August 25, 2025 in Concord, CA, or
  - August 30, 2025 in Ridgefield, WA
- Travel, lodging, and other related expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
- The concert tickets included in this package are for two (2) premium seats. Exact seat locations will be confirmed after the auction closes and are determined at the discretion of the artist’s team and/or venue. No upgrades or substitutions will be accommodated.
- The package includes backstage access for a private, brief meet and greet with Steve Lukather. Participation by other Toto band members is not guaranteed and should not be expected unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Future Youth Records.
- The winner will receive event logistics and check-in information in advance of the selected show.
- The winner agrees to provide a valid shipping address and contact information at the time of bidding if any physical tickets or memorabilia are to be mailed.
- The winner agrees to capture and share photos from the event with Future Youth Records, which may be used for future promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Guest Conduct
We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately throughout the experience with Steve Lukather. Decorum and full compliance with all event, venue, and artist guidelines are required. This includes respecting the time, boundaries, and comfort of Steve Lukather, his team, venue staff, and other attendees. Any violation of these expectations may result in removal from the event or forfeiture of the experience, at the sole discretion of Future Youth Records, Steve Lukather, his representatives, or venue personnel.
Package Scope Confirmation
- To avoid any misunderstanding, this auction package is limited to the two (2) concert tickets and the private, brief meet and greet with Steve Lukather as listed.
  - The package does not include any additional guests, backstage passes, upgrades, or personalized artist interactions outside the scope described.
  - Any requests for changes or additions made after the auction closes may not be honored.
Auction Closing Extension
- If a bid is placed during the final fifteen (15) minutes before an auction is scheduled to close, the closing time will automatically be extended by an additional fifteen (15) minutes.
  - Extensions will continue in 15-minute increments until no new bids are received.
  - Future Youth Records may modify or disable the extension feature for any auction at its discretion. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated in the auction description.
Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
This auction package is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
Photo and Media Release
By participating in this experience, the winner agrees that any photos or media taken during the event or meet and greet may be used by Future Youth Records for promotional and storytelling purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older or have written consent from a legal guardian to bid and participate.
Disclaimer
In case of artist cancellation or unforeseen event changes, FYR and Steve Lukather reserve the right to modify or reschedule the experience. A good faith effort will be made to provide an alternative of equal value or issue a refund if necessary.
