It’s been a long time coming, but I’m finally ready to dive into my next big musical endeavor—a brand-new full-length album. And I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’re reading this, you’re already part of my world. Maybe you’ve been to a show, a Heber City Limits concert, heard me on KPCW, ordered a beer from me, or followed along on my journey as a songwriter. However you got here, I wouldn't be doing any of this without you.

The last time I made a record, I was full of doubt—about my songs, my voice, my place in all of this. I second-guessed everything: Were my songs strong enough? Was I ready? Producer Mary Bragg—queen that she is—saw the potential before I did and helped shape These Four Walls into something I’m still incredibly proud of.

That album was a turning point. Everyone around me believed in me more than I believed in myself. Since then, I’ve learned how to let my community hold me up. I’ve learned that my voice, my songwriting, and my perspective all matter. I’ve written a whole lot of songs—some you’ll never hear (trust me, it’s for the best), and some that are frankly pretty damn good.

Now, I’m stepping into this next record with confidence. I know who I am as an artist. I know the space I want to take up. And I know I have an incredible team to help me bring these songs to life.

I’m recording at Freda Recording in Pleasant Shade, Tennessee, a breathtakingly beautiful studio built from the ground up by Nick Bullock and Meredith Bullock. If I’ve learned anything from them, it’s that I need to dream bigger. Their studio is more than mics and amps and knobs—it’s a space designed for creativity to thrive. I’ve stood inside those pine walls, seen their vision come to life, and felt the energy of a place built for the music.

I’ve worked with Nick on a couple projects now, and he’s been a champion of these songs from the start. He knows how to pull the best out of me, to capture the real, unfiltered Alicia-ness of every track. This album is happening now because the songs are ready, because I’m ready, and because I have a team who believes in these songs as much as I do.

The project budget covers the nuts and bolts of releasing this record, but if we get enough momentum, we can reach one of my all-time dreams: putting this record on vinyl. We were not able to make that goal for Live From the Doghouse, but we can do it for this record, right?
