Who We Are:

Founded by passionate alumni, business leaders, and die-hard Cougs in response to the landmark 2021 Supreme Court ruling on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), the Cougar Collective creates sustainable, compliance-first opportunities tailored to the unique spirit and pride of Washington State University.

Our Impact:

Cross-Sport Support: The CC has facilitated hundreds of NIL agreements across football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, soccer, and more.
Community First: The CC enables student-athletes to give back by leading local charity initiatives and community service projects throughout Washington.
Career Building: The CC has connected Coug athletes with regional and national brands, developing practical marketing skills and personal brands that serve them far beyond graduation.
