Join the Library Foundation for the premiere of Night at the Library, a purposeful gathering of Louisville’s top influencers, philanthropists, thought leaders, and library advocates to help raise funds and advance the vision of a fully funded, innovative public library system. Attendees will enjoy a cocktail reception, dinner, literature, music, art, and vision-casting amongst the stacks at the historic Main Library. The evening will also feature an inspiring author talk with sociologist and scholar of urban studies, Eric Klinenberg (Palaces for the People) as well as the reveal of a temporary, interactive art exhibit featuring a collaborative installation by the artists of Healing Walls Project. Healing Walls Project artists will also contribute art to an exciting virtual auction; details to follow.
All event proceeds benefit the Library Foundation.
