In San Antonio, more than a hundred children are diagnosed with cancer each year — and each diagnosis changes a family’s life forever. The journey is filled with hospital stays, financial strain, emotional exhaustion, and the painful reality that life will never be the same.

Gabriella’s Smile Foundation was created in memory of Gabriella, a bright and loving little girl whose battle with DIPG inspired a mission to ensure no family faces childhood cancer alone. We walk alongside families during their hardest moments, offering financial assistance, bereavement care, hospital visits, educational resources, and a community that understands.
