CHA Animal Shelter is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal shelter in northeast Columbus, Ohio. Our mission is to serve the people and animals of Central Ohio by providing safe, temporary shelter and care for abandoned or otherwise homeless cats and dogs, and to reduce pet overpopulation by means of spay and neuter, education, and community outreach. We have been fulfilling our mission since 1975.

This year, there are multiple ways to support CHA Animal Shelter through our annual Paws to Party event!

Make a general donation to CHA Animal Shelter by clicking the red "Donate" button on this page. All monetary donations allow us to provide homeless animals with medical care, comfortable housing, fresh meals and everything else they need while they await their adoptive families.
Participate in the virtual silent auction by clicking the black "Auction" button at the top center of this page. Click on each item to read its description and place a bid. Bidding closes on Friday April 24th at 9:30pm and all winners will immediately be sent a link where they can pay for their items.

*All silent auction items will be brought to the physical Paws to Party event at Creekside Event Center on April 24th. Guests who attend the event in-person can continue to bid on items up until the close of the auction via their smartphones or provided tablets at the event and take their items home on the night of the event. Those who do not attend the event but place winning bids will be able to pay for their items through the online site once the auction has closed and then pick up their items at CHA Animal Shelter on Monday April 25th and Tuesday April 26th between 12pm - 2pm and 6:30pm - 8pm.
