Join with your community and take a stand for our country and our civil rights in an evening of music and solidarity. This event benefits the ACLU, defender of the civil rights of all Americans.

The evening will include a musical performance by Fareed Haque and Goran Ivanovich at Studio5 as well as a silent auction and speeches by leaders from the ACLU and WFS. Inspired by the rhythms and melodies of flamenco, jazz, classical, rock and the Balkan region, this performance features the unrivaled guitar artistry of two of the finest players of their respective generations. Their music is carefully balanced between blazing virtuosity and sheer beauty.

Working Family Solidarity builds unity between low and moderate-income families of different backgrounds, especially African American and Latin@, to struggle together for equitable development. We fight for racial equity and economic justice by focusing primarily on increasing working families' access to good jobs and affordable housing. Working on these two areas means that we often work on issues of immigration, civil rights, and criminal justice.
