Welcome to Byron Post Prom- BIG Event Fundraiser!

Why We Host the BIG Event

Post Prom is one night for our students... but making that night possible takes an entire community.

That’s why the Byron Post Prom Committee created the BIG Event.

Rather than simply asking our community for donations, we wanted to create a fundraiser that gives something back, a BIG DAY filled with different ways for people to come together, have fun, support local businesses, and support our students at the same time.

With three events in one day, there truly is something for everyone:

🍂 Vendor Fall Fest — A FREE community event where families can shop and support local small businesses.

🤠 Hat Burning Event — A fun, creative experience with Branded Brims by Whitney Cook.

🎶 The BIG Event — A 21+ night out featuring live music, line dancing, blackjack and poker, drinks, and time with friends.

🎟️ Plus, our Silent Auction+ Raffle happens throughout the day, giving even more people an opportunity to participate and support Post Prom.

It’s Not Just a BIG Event… It’s a BIG Day.

We intentionally created a variety of activities because supporting Post Prom shouldn’t look just one way. Maybe you stop by the free Vendor Fall Fest. Maybe you bid on a Silent Auction item. Maybe you create a hat. Maybe you grab your friends and spend Saturday night dancing to County Line Drive.

Come for one event.... or make a day of it. Every purchase, ticket, bid, and show of support helps.

The money raised during the BIG Event goes directly toward creating a memorable Post Prom experience for our Byron students, from activities and entertainment to food, prizes and all of the little things that make the night special.

So when you attend the BIG Event, you're doing more than having a great time.

You're helping a group of junior parents turn months of planning and volunteer hours into one incredible night our students will remember.

ONE BIG DAY. 3 EVENTS. ONE BIG GOAL.... OUR KIDS.

GO BEARS!
