Thank you for your purchase and for supporting the St. Cloud Area Family YMCA through the 23rd Annual Promenade: Under the Big Top! Your generosity helps strengthen our community and ensures the Y remains accessible to individuals and families through programs like financial assistance, youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

A few things to know before the event:

Doors Open: Doors open promptly at 5:30 PM. Our performers need every minute to prepare the greatest show in town, so the doors will not open early.

Check-In: When you arrive, simply check in using the QR code from your Givebutter confirmation email (or provide your name at check-in). You'll receive your name tag and be welcomed into the festivities. Please note that many guests arrive right at 5:30 PM, so a short wait at check-in is to be expected.

Silent Auction: Be sure to keep an eye on your bids throughout the evening. The silent auction will close promptly at 8:45 PM.

Games & Raffles: Don't miss your chance to participate in our Liquor Pull ($40), Jewelry Pull ($50), Raffle Tickets ($10 each), and other fun games and activities throughout the evening.

Cash & Payments: An ATM will be available on-site, but we recommend bringing cash with you to help speed up purchases and participation.
