Dear Knight at the Races Guests,

We’re excited to welcome you on Saturday, February 28th for a fun evening at Knight at the Races, beginning at 6:00 PM!

Here are a few helpful details to make your night smooth and enjoyable:

Check-In
Check-in will open at 6:00 PM. If you have the GiveButter app, you may scan the QR code on your ticket. Otherwise, simply provide your name at the door. Upon arrival, you will receive your table number, name tag, and race book.

Food & Drinks
Drinks and appetizers will be available throughout the evening. Dinner will begin at 6:45 PM.

Purchases & Payments
This is a cashless event. Tickets, raffles, bourbon pull entries, and basket chances can be purchased at the Ticket Sales Table.

Races & Bidding
Races will begin following dinner. Betting increments are $5, and payouts will be provided after each race in cash or vouchers that may be used for future bets. Our MC will guide you through the races as the night unfolds.
The final two races of the evening will be Auction Races, where horse names will be sold live during the event.

Live Auction
We will feature two live auction items between races.

Online Auction
Select items will be available in our online auction beginning February 22nd, closing at 9:00 PM on February 27th (the night before the in-person event). This year, bidding will conclude the night before the event so everyone can relax and enjoy the festivities the night of.

In-Person Auction & Raffles
All remaining auction items, baskets, and raffles will take place during the event. Raffle tickets will be $10/each or a bundle of 15 for $100. Baskets and raffle items will close around 9 PM.

Attire
Derby attire is optional — but highly encouraged! You do not need to dress up, please wear what you are comfortable in (jeans welcome). A prize will be awarded for Best Dressed 👒👔
