Red Pine PTO 2026 Silent Auction – Everything you need to know!

Opens: Thursday, April 23 at 5:00 p.m.
Ends: Friday, April 24 at 7:30 p.m.

Each item up for bid has been generously donated by our Red Pine families and supporters throughout the community.

Proceeds benefit Teacher Appreciation Week in May. Additional funds will cover Spring Fling expenses.

How it works

Create a Givebutter account. You’ll enter your name, email, phone number, and a password. Adding a payment method at registration makes checkout faster if you win!
Browse items and place bids.
You can bid from anywhere! Spring Fling attendance is not required to win.

Payment process

All winning bids must be paid in full through Givebutter.
After the auction closes, winners will receive an email from Givebutter with a checkout link. Please complete payment before pickup.
During checkout, Givebutter may suggest an optional tip to support their platform. This tip is not required; you can change it (including to $0) before paying.

Proof of payment

Regardless of pick up time and location, proof of payment is required to receive your item.
Acceptable proof: your Givebutter confirmation email or the Givebutter confirmation screen on your phone.

Same‑night pickup beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Pickup is at school at the end of Spring Fling after your Givebutter payment is completed.
Pickup window: 7:30–8:30 p.m.

Alternate pickup arrangements

If you cannot pick up during Spring Fling, text Sara Newman (Red Pine PTO President) at 612.237.5800 to arrange an alternate pickup time. Please do this no later than May 2, 2026.
Alternate pickup location is at Sara’s house (approximately ½ mile from Red Pine).

Final payment & pickup deadline

All items must be paid for and picked up by May 2, 2026.
Items not paid for and picked up by the deadline may be offered to the next highest bidder, held for a future PTO event, or donated at the PTO’s discretion.

Other

Items that receive no bids may be held for a future PTO event or donated at the PTO’s discretion.
