For 50 years, the Arts Council has been a spark for creativity and connection in our community. We work with local schools to bring professional artists into classrooms, creating opportunities for young minds to explore their talents. We collaborate with local businesses, organizations, and individuals to showcase the arts in every corner of our city. From hosting vibrant cultural events to providing project grants for organizations, artists, and schools, we work every day to ensure that art isn’t a luxury, but a part of daily life in Sangamon and Menard counties.
