We are the Momentum,

Momentum Health is a collective community of dynamic Leaders and Thinkers dedicated to Ending Hunger, Homelessness, and HIV. Our revolutionary community health programs leverage extraordinary change to lead Momentum into the future so that one day, a generation in our lifetime won't experience hardships.

This Fall, we are hosting an Online Donor-Drive and Auction. The Weekend Getaway, is an All-Expense Paid Vacation to Washington, DC, for a lucky prize winner of our online raffle Auction. Proceeds from the auction would benefit our growth by helping our organization purchase a mobile food truck. The primary goal for buying the food truck is for fundraising and community food services offered by our organization.

How your donation helps our organization:

We would have the opportunity to expand our Community Food Service program hours and give away free healthy meals in various zip codes across Washington, DC.
Support Local Food Banks by offering free food delivery to needy families.
Employ more local DC staff members and offer more hours to hardworking team members.
A new food truck can sustain Organization operations while supporting free assistance programs such as individual and group therapy.
