I've been volunteering to help folks with Parkinson's climb for a couple months. It has been truly remarkable to help this awesome group of folks learn a new skill and watching their symptoms abate while on the wall really shows the value that this project provides.
I want to see the benefits of this technical and fun exercise available to more people!
