The Southwestern Sociological Association has supported the American Sociological Association's Minority Fellowship Program for over twenty years. Former MFP recipients have served in positions of leadership within SSA and we are proud to continue supporting the important work of the MFP with our 2026 fundraiser.

There are two ways to support this effort: 1) You can click on the "Donate" button and donate without participating in the auction; 2) you can select the "Auction" button on the top of the page and bid on specific items on auction.

Through the generosity of Stata, we are able to auction off a 3-year Stata/MP 8-core license (worth more than $2,000); several Stata books, and a cute Stata backpack as part of our annual fundraiser. This auction will close on Friday April 3 at midnight and the winner will be contacted by Heili Pals to arrange the transfer of the auction item you won.
