When arriving at the Wind Creek Bethlehem, follow signs for the Hotel and try to park near the Hotel Entrance (located on the West side of the Wind Creek complex. We recommend parking in the lots in this area.

Note that if you park in the garage located on the East side of the complex, this will require quite a bit of extra walking to get to the event.

Steak & Burger 2025 will be held in the Grand Ballroom, located directly next to the Hotel Lobby area. Should you get lost, please let a Wind Creek Staff Person know you are looking for the Boys & Girls Club event in the Foundry Ballroom and they will be able to help you get to our event.

CELEBRATING 95 YEARS!

Since 1930, the Boys & Girls Club of Bethlehem has been forging Great Futures for local youth. Through engaging programs in Education, Leadership, Wellness, Recreation, and the Arts, the Club has been a needed haven for our children both then and now. We fill a critical need for today’s youth by not only providing these programs, but also by assisting with homework completion, serving hot meals, and providing positive and consistent mentorship.

It will come as no surprise that programs like ours don’t “just happen”. These offerings are the result of caring people like you choosing to support our mission financially. It is in the spirit of support and community that we extend this invitation to you! We are hosting the annual Boys & Girls Club of Bethlehem Steak & Burger Dinner on Friday, October 24th 2025 at Wind Creek Bethlehem. This event brings our community of supporters together for a fun-filled evening to meet and share a meal with our kids.

Below you will find sponsorship opportunities with further details about how you can be a part of and support this fun-filled fundraiser. Now, more than ever, your support for this event will help to ensure that the Boys & Girls Club of Bethlehem can continue providing needed support to the youth we serve for years to come. A SWEET HONOREE

It is no coincidence that two of Bethlehem’s long-standing establishments are both dedicated to the development and well-being of kids and teens. Since moving to Bethlehem in 1932, Just Born’s commitment to community has continuously strengthened and grown.

Throughout the decades, Just Born has been a major supporter of the Club; providing grants, donations, board members, and volunteers to provide full support of our programs and organizational mission. One success of this partnership can be found in the stories of Club alumni that work in various Just Born departments today; many of whom are current Club donors and volunteers.

Outside of the Club, Just Born has been the Community School Corporate Partner for Broughal Middle School since 2010 and for Marvine Elementary School since 2016.

Today, Just Born supports the Club in a variety of ways. Grants are invested to support Power Hour at the Club; a program that focuses on homework help, tutoring, developing math skills, and helping kids read at grade level. Volunteers are actively involved in programs and assisting with facility maintenance throughout the year.

Exclusive sponsorship with speaking opportunity. Includes 3 tables (21 guests), signage at registration, a premier slideshow ad and the following recognitions: program front page, remarks, online event page, social media. DESSERT CLUB SPONSOR $5,000 - SOLD

Exclusive sponsorship with signage at Dessert and Post-Celebration Reception. Includes 1 table (7 guests), exclusive slideshow ad, and recognition in remarks and social media. Call 610-419-4404 to reserve this sponsorship! First come, first served.

STEAK SPONSOR $5,000

This "prime cut" sponsorship includes 2 tables (14 guests), a slideshow ad, and recognition in the remarks, program, and social media. Each Steak Sponsor guest will also receive Creative Kids piece of art created by our kids that is sure to be "well done".

BURGER SPONSOR $2,500

Burger Sponsors are a "big dill" and we "relish" their support! This sponsorship includes 1 table (7 guests), a slideshow ad, and recognition in the program, remarks, website, and social media.

TABLE SPONSOR $1,500

A Table Sponsorship includes 1 table (7 guests), slideshow ad, recognition in the program and website.
