ABOUT THE SHOW: FELLOW HUMAN: the quest for mass human flourishing

FELLOW HUMAN is a non-traditional theatrical quest for human flourishing. We follow the lives of three storytellers as they navigate Life's Master Teachers: Loss, Betrayal, and Empty Pockets. The show wrestles with building resilience in spite of trauma, while discovering what it means to cultivate virtue amidst adversity and danger. The show combines true stories with academic research, the magic of theatrical production, and astonishing live music composed and performed by ELEW. The show examines and questions the role of technology in human flourishing, discussing what happens when you break up with your cell phone, and in stunning juxtaposition includes a cameo by Boston Dynamics' "Spot" robot dog. FELLOW HUMAN examines that which blocks mass human flourishing from arising (the answer will surprise you), looks at politics and governance, and submits a novel and courageous solution to harmful leaders. The show ends with an inspiring message that leaves the audience invigorated and feeling at-choice in their own flourishing. This quest takes the audience on a participatory journey to recognize that mass human flourishing is possible.
