The Western Pennsylvania Bleeding Disorders Foundation (WPBDF) invites you, your family, and friends to attend our holiday tree and wreath auction and bingo night! The auction will showcase decorated trees, wreaths, and tabletop centerpieces that are all available for bid. The trees will have additional added value items such as restaurant gift cards, hotel stays, toys, and much more! Bidding will open online on Friday, November 24, 2023 (Black Friday), and end on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at 9:00 p.m. at our Final Night Event!

You do not have to attend the Final Night Event to participate in the Auction!

The Final Night Event

Join us on Saturday, December 2, 2023, for our Final Night Event at Red Fox Winery in Hickory, PA! Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Enjoy delicious wine samples from Red Fox Winery, take part in the auction live and in-person, and play a few rounds of bingo! There will also be additional raffles for even more chances to win big!

Tickets:

This event is open for all ages.

Children 6 and under gain free admission.

Age 7 - 20: $15 per person and include entrance to the event and a delicious pasta dinner (including salad and breadsticks!)

21+: $35 per person and include entrance to the event, a commemorative WPBDF wine glass (those pre-registered), and a delicious pasta dinner (including salad and breadsticks!).

Bingo

Throughout the night, we will play two rounds of bingo. Bingo packets will be sold for $20 per round, cash only. Each packet will contain 5 cards. Each round will consist of 5 games of bingo.

The Auction

In order to bid on the trees and wreaths at the event, you MUST have a mobile device with a wireless connection at the venue. It is recommended you bring your own device in order to receive real-time updates on your bids.

All bids are final. All items must be paid for before taking them home from the in-person event.

Unable to make it to the Final Night Event? Be sure to settle your invoice once the auction ends at 9:00 pm. Invoices must be paid online by Sunday, 12/3/23 at 11:59 pm. Any unpaid invoices will be automatically charged on Monday morning (12/4/23). If you would prefer to pay by cash or check when picking up your item, please contact Jessica at jessica@wpbdf.org. All items can be picked up at the Foundation office, located at 775 Fourth Street, First Floor, Beaver PA 15009, beginning December, 4th. The final day to pick-up your items from the Foundation office is Friday, December 15th, unless special arrangements have been made with WPBDF. Items not picked up by that date will be forfeited to WPBDF.

Back in the 90s, the Red Fox was the place to be for Mike and his friends. Who knew, way back then, as they danced the night away, that one day the Red Fox would be his. With the hopes of creating even more good times to add to the ones that exist from the past, we hope you savor not only our wines, but the atmosphere of the Red Fox. Enjoy and make new memories!

WPBDF strives to enrich the lives of those with bleeding disorders in Western Pennsylvania and respond to the needs of the community in a dynamic environment.

WPBDF serves families with bleeding disorders in 26 counties of Western Pennsylvania. Membership is free for people with bleeding disorders. We provide patient assistance to our members with bleeding disorders as well as hold a variety of educational events that cover a wide range of topics. Because bleeding disorders impact nearly every area of our members lives, we strive to provide relevant and timely information about everything from raising affected children to dealing with financial stress to joint health and treatment concerns and much more.

In addition to large, chapter-wide events, we have several small support groups that meet throughout the year such as the men’s group, women’s group, and a First Steps program that specifically addresses concerns of parents of children under the age of 8.

Our office is located in Beaver. We are a completely separate organization from the Hemophilia Center of Western Pennsylvania but work very closely with them in making sure that our members are well supported.
