If your sponsorship includes team(s) or individual shooter(s), we must receive the following information for each participant:

🗓 Deadline: May 26 at 5:00 PM

This is required for registration, event communication, and final reporting to the venue.

🖼 LOGOS, GRAPHICS & SPONSOR MATERIALS

Event banners will be sent to print on May 25.

If your sponsorship includes logo placement, signage, or graphic inclusion, all materials must be submitted to:

🗓 Deadline: Close of business on May 25

If materials are not received by this deadline, we will do our best to use a previously provided logo or pull an image from your website.

To ensure brand accuracy, we strongly recommend sending a high-resolution vector file (.AI, .EPS, or high-quality PNG).

🎁 SWAG BAG ITEMS (If Included in Your Sponsorship)

If your sponsorship includes the opportunity to provide swag items, please prepare 120 items.

⏰ No items will be accepted after 10:00 AM on the morning of the shoot.

Please ensure all items are packaged and ready for easy distribution.

📋 Additional Reminders

All shooter registrations must be paid in full prior to the event.

Final shooter numbers must be submitted to the venue one week before the event.

✔ Eligibility for prizes & games
✔ Opportunity to participate in raffles & auction
