We Stand With CF Families

The Cody Dieruf Foundation (CDF) was founded in March 2006 in honor of Cody Dieruf, who passed away from cystic fibrosis at just 23 years old. Today, CDF carries on Cody’s legacy by supporting individuals and families living with cystic fibrosis across Montana.

Through Medical & Travel Assistance, REC & FIT Scholarships, the We Walk Together Mothers Retreat, Extenuating Circumstances Assistance, and our College & Secondary Education Program, we provide financial, emotional, and practical support to families when they need it most.

Join us for We Stand With CF Families on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Riverside Country Club in Bozeman, Montana.

This year, we’re reimagining our traditional benefit auction to put our mission and the families we serve at the center of the evening. Join us for connection, celebration, inspiring stories, and an opportunity to give directly to the programs and families who need us most. Together, we’ll focus less on the auction and more on what matters most: making a meaningful impact for CF families.
