The Female Composer Safety League, along with a coalition of other nonprofits, released the #SoundOff Make the Music Industry Safe report last year. This report outlines decades of abuse in the music industry, much of which is still happening today.

The #SoundOff Benefit Concert and Silent Auction brings greater awareness of these issues, because we know that we can not change what we refuse to see. And when we see it, change is possible.

Every dollar raised will help propel this change, by providing greater support tools for survivors of workplace and sexual abuse in the music composing industry, and developing education and training opportunities to support studios in building safer environments where everyone can thrive.

We believe every artist deserves to feel safe, valued, and heard. This industry is better when we build it together.
