Parkinson's Disease affects hundreds of people in Greater Nashville. While there is currently no cure, one thing that has proven to slow its progression is the right kind of high-intensity exercise. The Bridges for Parkinson's Fitness and Wellness Program was developed specifically for this purpose. With locations in Nashville and Franklin, we make it our daily mission to help people FIGHT BACK against Parkinson's Disease.

Ensuring that our program offers the best and safest therapies possible requires financial resources. In order to support our program, three years ago, we created Fighter Fest, our biggest fundraiser of the year, where all proceeds from the evening benefit the Bridges for Parkinson's Foundation 501(c)(3). Our foundation makes it possible for us to provide the staff and programs we offer, including coaches, Occupational Therapists, online resources, bodywork therapy, and equipment—costs that monthly dues alone don't always cover. It also supports our commitment to never turning anyone away from our program due to financial constraints, allowing us to cover the gap when someone can't afford the full price. And lastly, it will help us with funding as we seek to move to new locations that can accommodate our growth. 100% of the proceeds from the evening go right back into making all of this possible.
