Jam HOPE Foundation is holding our 2nd Walk & Roll Fundraising Event, supporting our mission to break down barriers to inclusivity for youth and adults with disabilities. With community support, Jam HOPE has grown exponentially over the last 3 years. As we work to expand our services, we continue to uncover additional needs for people with disabilities. Jam HOPE is working to partner with GRACE, Inc. to better serve families in need. Granting Respite And Care for the Extraordinary is a local non-profit that hosts children with special needs and their families for supported play, education, and connection. We believe joining roots and sustaining GRACE ensures hope for the journey. Let's Walk & Roll our way to a more inclusive community!
