Truth, beauty, and goodness, these transcendentals, are most evident in creation. The outdoors has a way of offering healing, solace and most importantly, to me, placing you face-to-face with our Creator. My drive is that everyone encounters the world around them, beyond the windows, desks, and workplaces. It’s there that life becomes an adventure, a journey worth taking.

These ideals are not alien to my greatest of passions and commitments, my walk with Jesus and my family. There is no better place than where life has us together. Having walked this path, although imperfectly, for a many years, many days it seems to be just starting. A skateboard ministry for ten years, assistant pastor for three, and evangelist/apologist for more than I can count. Now, a bit later in my life I find myself thrilled and emboldened to help our country’s service men, women and their family’s find and walk out in the hope only found in Jesus…through fly fishing.

Serving Cross the Divide as a Pennsylvania fly fishing guide I am privileged to introduce these men, women, and children to all the truth, beauty, and goodness that is experienced on the water. Fly fishing is enchanting and fills you with gratitude. Helping our Veterans see that in a deeper light is a powerful and very real means of healing and connection.

I am asking you to join in this amazing journey with our country’s with these amazing humans. Let’s make the streams of Pennsylvania become a place of refuge and solace for those who have sacrificed much.
