Ashleigh Jackson's Story
FernLeaf has been in my life for the past 3 years. It’s a place where I shifted from college student observing, to intern/student teacher, to assistant teacher, to a mid year take over as a lead and this was my first year as a lead teacher in my first classroom from the beginning. My classroom and materials are gone as the buildings are completely compromised. I am hoping to raise some funds to help the school navigate this severe loss.
I can replace my materials one day but right now I just want to support my community so we can make our way back to one another.
My classroom is a kindergarten classroom called the Wild Turkeys 💖🦃🫶. If you can’t donate please share.
It’s important to note that out of all the schools I’ve ever worked at in my 7 years in early child hood/education this is hands down the best school I’ve ever been a part of. The folks here create so much magic, safety, and love for all beings. 🫶✨
