Help Let Me Run Boys Go the Distance.

This spring, you can help boys throughout the Greater Seattle region build confidence, character, and connection through Let Me Run.

Let Me Run empowers boys to express themselves, build healthy relationships, discover their strengths, and experience the joy of movement in a safe and encouraging team environment. Beginning in April, These boys will meet with their coaches twice a week for seven weeks to train for a 5K while learning about teamwork, healthy habits, emotional regulation, gratitude, and community service.

The Seattle Housing Authority at New Holly has been part of Let Me Run for many seasons and the families and staff at New Holly love having Let Me Run as an option for the neighborhood boys.

The Low Income housing Institute at George Fleming came to us through their Girls on the Run coaches letting us know that all the brothers of the girls were begging for a program of their own. We jumped right in and are ready and excited to meet these amazing kids.

We offer programming to all families in the Greater Seattle region regardless of their ability to pay. The need is great and we are counting on our community to step up and support them.
