Life After is a four-part live podcast series presented by Fostering Futures Foundation, sharing powerful stories of resilience, healing, survival, and hope. At the heart of our work is a simple belief: people should have the opportunity to tell their own stories, in their own words, and in their own way. Life After provides a public platform for individuals with lived experience to do exactly that—without being reduced to what happened to them.

Through honest conversations about foster care, exploitation, kidnapping, drug-infested environments, suicidal ideation, trauma, and generational hardship, our guests also share what helped them move forward. The series highlights the role of education, community, spirituality, supportive relationships, self-care, resilience, and access to resources in building meaningful lives after adversity.
