In the wake of the 2025 LA Wildfires, we’re checking in on the real ones who put it all on the line: our local firefighters. These heroes didn’t just fight flames—they fought through trauma, exhaustion, and uncertainty to protect our homes, families, and futures.

💪🏾 Members will train alongside local firefighters in a high-energy, community-building workout
🧠 A “Check-In” experience offering reflection, connection, and mental health support
