We’re launching a mobile spay and neuter clinic to bring lifesaving care directly to the cats who need it most. With our new mobile TNR clinic, we can trap, sterilize, and return community cats faster. Reducing stress, preventing future litters, and reaching areas that currently don’t have access to these services. This means fewer kittens born outside, healthier colonies, and a real, scalable solution to overpopulation in our community. Your support helps us get this clinic fully equipped and on the road - where it can start making an immediate impact.

One female cat can produce hundreds of kittens in just a few years. TNR works, but only when we can move fast and reach the cats that need us.

About us: Rogue Community Cat Rescue (formerly Feral Cats Advocacy) is a volunteer-driven nonprofit serving Jackson County. We focus on trap-neuter-return (TNR) to humanely reduce the number of community cats by spaying, neutering, vaccinating, and returning them to their colonies. We also rescue and foster kittens, giving them the care and socialization they need to be adopted into loving homes. Our work helps prevent suffering, reduce shelter intake, and create a healthier community for both cats and people.
