Julia Butler's Story

38 years ago, I took my 2-year-old son and all that I could care and ran, ran from my abuser. I did not know where I was going to go or what I was going to do but I had to get away. Now I run and support Washington State Collision Against Domestic Violence (WSCADV) to help others “run” from their abusers. Even better to support education programs for our youth to prevent domestic violence!

On June 16, join us for Refuse to Abuse Day at T-Mobile Park as we raise awareness around efforts to prevent domestic violence and promote healthy, respectful relationships. Each ticket includes: View Level ticket to Sunday, June 16 Mariners vs. Texas Rangers game. $18 donation to the Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence for every ticket sold.
