Help Sardis Boys Go the Distance.

This spring, you can help boys at Sardis Elementary in Monroe, NC build confidence, character, and connection through Let Me Run.

Let Me Run empowers boys to express themselves, build healthy relationships, discover their strengths, and experience the joy of movement—all in a safe and encouraging team environment. Beginning March 17, Sardis boys will meet with their coaches twice a week for seven weeks to train for a 5K while learning about teamwork, healthy habits, emotional regulation, gratitude, and community service.

Last fall, Sardis Elementary counselor Ms. Villas started a Let Me Run team—and the boys loved it. The program was so popular that the spring team filled almost immediately, and several boys had to be placed on a waiting list.
