Your FoCo Roller Derby is back this year on March 2nd for our annual Skate-a-Thon fundraiser to raise money for our league. This fundraiser supports our loaner library of skating equipment, a scholarship fund for our volunteers, and money for league operating expenses like facilities rentals and putting on games for the public.

For Skate-a-Thon 2026, our derby players have split into two frightful teams: Team Vampire and Team Werewolf! Who will be the better cryptid, will it be our pale and ancient bloodsuckers, or our fur-heckling wolf- beast fiends, AWOOO! You decide at home by donating towards your favorite team players during our livestream extravaganza!

How does it work? Players for Team Vampire and Team Werewolf will be in a fantastic relay event where you can raise money per player for every lap skated around our practice track at Rollerland.

Join in the fun of this social media spectacular, where we’ll be hosting an incredible livestream event on Twitch this year sure to get all fans together for a great cause. With vampire and werewolf derby costumes (plus bonus costumes from the closets of our dedicated skaters), this event will be spooky fun to watch. Plus, we'll have a set of incredible league emcees to host the event, and lots of opportunities to connect directly with our teams via shoutouts on live, this is great fun for a great cause.
