1. Raffle Name 2025 End of Year Raffle Contest

2. Benefiting Program

Proceeds support Identity’s LGBTQIA2S+ community health services, including primary care, behavioral health, gender-affirming care, sexual health, case management, and patient financial assistance through the Health Equity Fund.

4. Ticket Information

Ticket Price: $20 each or 3 for $50
Maximum Tickets Sold: No limit
Ticket Numbering: Tickets are consecutively numbered per 15 AAC 160.640.
Each ticket purchased through Givebutter generates a unique ticket number.

5. Prize Description

Primary Prize: Two (2) unrestricted Alaska Airlines roundtrip coach tickets
Fair Market Value: $2,500 total ($1,250 each)
Restrictions:
• Tickets must be booked (ticketed) before February 5, 2026.
• Valid for travel on Alaska Airlines only (no codeshare partners).
• No blackout dates apply.
• Additional airline terms and conditions may apply.

Number of Prizes Awarded: One (1) prize package.

6. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older to enter.
• Entrant must be physically located in Alaska at the time of purchase.
• The following individuals may not participate: Identity staff, board members, contractors/operators, members in charge of gaming activities, and relatives of members in charge.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced live during the January 5, 2026 drawing and notified by email or phone on the following day.
Winners do not need to be present to win.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

No refunds.
If the raffle is canceled, Identity, Inc. will reschedule the drawing at the earliest available date, as permitted under AS 05.15.

9. Required Disclosures

This raffle is conducted by Identity, Inc. under Alaska Gaming Permit #1837.
The raffle is governed by AS 05.15 and 15 AAC 160.
Rules, prize descriptions, and values are as stated.
No purchase is required for complimentary entries if such entries are offered.
