Running was never part of my life until the past two years of my life. From Childhood into adulthood, I've struggled with anxiety and depression. It was not until this past year that I truly reaped the benefits of running for my mental health. Running has become my escape mechanism, therapy and meditation.
Through running I've learned to face life challenges one step at a time. With each run, I remind myself that I am stronger than I give myself credit.
My running mantra is, "Run by Faith".
