Help me fundraise for the GYA while reforesting the Northwest of Ireland and mitigating the GYA's carbon footprint!

My goal is to plant 1 native hardwood tree for every $5.00 donated to the GYA, that makes 500 native hardwood trees in total, which I aim to personally plant in 24 hours! The trees will help to mitigate the carbon footprint associated with the Gap Year Association's upcoming 2025 conference.

These little beauties will eat up over 4,000 tonnes of C02 over there lifespan, to put it in perspective that equals 2,898 round trip flights from New York to Dublin!

All proceeds will go directly to the Gap Year Association, with Irish Gap Year sponsoring all of the trees.

The big challenge here will be for me to personally plant all of these trees in the autumn of '24.
