Where you are from, and when did you move to Charlotte?

I'm from Pittsburgh, PA, and my family moved down to Charlotte, NC when I was 12 years old. 

Favorite thing about Charlotte?

Charlotte has become a melting pot of citizens and a hub of economic opportunities.  I think the combination of the two inspires me to take part in helping better shape the culture and future of this beautiful city.

What motivates you to give back?

Life ought to be more than that of self indulgence.  I've been extremely blessed in my life and I intend to use the gifts I've been given to better play my part in serving the community.  I believe most pursuits, including philanthropy, start locally as that is where the greatest impact can be felt.
