TCPL Staff's Story
Nobody loves the Library more than the TCPL staff! They see first-hand the enormous quantity of materials our community checks out and know how much funds for collections are needed. Our TCPL Foundation is proud to sponsor their team in Readathon 2023!

The READATHON is our annual read-out-loud challenge to raise funds for the collection at TCPL!
In this, our 11th year, reader-fundraisers will read from their favorite books and ask their friends, family, and colleagues to join them in supporting the public library. Your donation, in any amount, is very welcome.
Every dollar raised helps to buy books and other materials our community so desperately needs. Nearly a million items are used each year—a remarkably high level for a community of our size—and 100% of the funding comes from private support, like that raised by our READATHON participants.
Money raised by the Readathon goes toward purchasing books, films, e-books, audiobooks, and other materials that our patrons depend on to remain informed, entertained, and educated.
