Volunteers give of their time and their talents, so why does Collinsville Faith in Action need to raise funds? Think of the organization as a conduit for organizing and matching community members who want to volunteer and the community members who need some assistance. We are "neighbors helping neighbors" and our volunteers rely on CFiA to match them to neighbors in need. Our clients rely on CFiA to background check, train, and assist the volunteers with clear communication through an online volunteer management system. CFiA connects those neighbors in need with those neighbors who can help, but doing so requires financial support. Our volunteer insurance protects the good people who give of their time and energy should an accident occur. Our trained staff of professionals continually learn so they can help clients choose an appropriate Medicare plan or apply for discounts and programs. We offer our services at no cost to the clients, but the programs DO cost, and your donation keeps the whole, beautiful, loving and supportive process alive.
