Winning Bidders:

You will be informed if you are the winning bidder on an item Monday, March 17, 2025 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. MOST auction items will be available for you to pickup at Cordley Hall on the OSU main campus. (see address below). Please plan to pay for and pick up your auction items by March 24, 2025. If an item will have a different delivery method or best buy pickup date, it will be noted in the item details in the auction.

You may make payment for your auction items in the following ways:

Bring cash or a check (make check out to Linn-Benton Food Share) to the Integrative Biology Office in Cordley Hall; 2701 SW Campus Way, Room 2403, Corvallis, OR 97331

The site accepts cards, Venmo, and Paypal and there will be a small fee charged for each donation. There is an 'Add a message' feature towards the bottom of the donation amount page, please note in that box: OSU Food Drive/School of Life Sciences. Once you have made your payment, please send a copy of your receipt to Tresa Bowlin at tresa.bowlin@oregonstate.edu. If you decide to pay online, please make your donation/payment before pickup.
