A Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Sound Healing Experience
To energize the Body & Mind

Align your physical and energetic bodies in this sacred collaboration.

We begin with breath work to activate the central nervous system followed by a heart-opening Vinyasa flow sequence to awaken the spirit, transitioning into a deep-tissue relaxation yin yoga and meditation accompanied by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.
We will finish up with a short coffee or hot tea social, leave feeling harmonized and renewed.

This is an on the floor experience but there will be limited chair and a couch options for those that need it.
Please feel free to bring your own yoga matt and or bolster pillows.
