I’m walking (virtually) this year for Emotions Matter, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that's close to my heart. They provide free peer support, education, and advocacy for people impacted by BPD.
This community helped me feel less alone at a time I really needed it. Now I’m proud to give back as a peer support group facilitator and serve on the board as co-chair of the advocacy committee. Supporting others and speaking up about BPD has been such a meaningful part of my journey.
If this cause speaks to you too, I’d love your support. A donation to my team, a share, or even just learning a little more means so much.
Want to hear a bit more about why I'm walking? Watch below:
Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) is a mental health condition that affects how someone experiences emotions, relationships, and their sense of self.
It’s more common than most people realize. About 1.4% of adults in the U.S. are living with it, though many go undiagnosed.
Having the right support can make a huge difference. If you’re curious to learn more, visit emotionsmatterbpd.org.
Thank you for your support!
