Support MSS and take home a work of art

Our annual Spring fundraiser is back! And we’re doing things a little differently this year. Donors have the opportunity to commission a unique work of art from a local artist. There are a number of pet portraits available, as well as other types of artwork to bid on!

There are a limited number of artworks available! At the end of the auction period, the highest bidders win the commission! 100% of proceeds go to support Middlebury Studio School Programs.

Here’s how it works:

If you can, join us at our Pottery Sale at the Clay Studio on Saturday, May 25th from 9am-1pm, where we will be kicking off the auction with in-person bidding!
The auction will be live online from May 25 - June 9th
Winners will be announced on June 10th, and connected with the artist whose commission they bid on.
Artists have two months to complete commissions.

What does your donation support?

-Affordable art education programs for youth and adults

-Scholarships for all who need them

-Free arts programs for local schools and organizations like the Parent Child Center

-Employment for local artists

-A growing creative community in Middlebury!
