At Inclusive Compass, we believe community spaces should be truly open to everyone, including people with disabilities and sensory needs. Too often, families are forced to leave events early or not attend at all because the environment is overwhelming or lacks the right supports. That’s where our work comes in.

Through our Sensory Regulation Stations, we create calming, accessible spaces at community events so people can regulate, reset, and stay. These spaces are thoughtfully equipped with tools for comfort, sensory support, and communication, making it possible for individuals and families to fully participate in community life. Last year alone, Inclusive Compass provided Sensory Regulation Stations across Sonoma County and served over 3,000 people at fairs, parades, farmers’ markets, Pride celebrations, Special Olympics events, and more.

The demand for this work continues to grow. More events are reaching out, and more families are relying on these supports to participate in their communities. Expanding this work means increasing our equipment, strengthening our capacity, and continuing to show up where inclusion is needed most.

At the same time, we are looking ahead to the future of our signature event, the Inclusion Festival. After 8 years of growth, we are taking a strategic pause in 2026 to rebuild and return in 2027 with a professional, fully accessible venue and expanded offerings. This next chapter will allow us to create a more sustainable and impactful experience, but it will require more resources and stronger community support to bring it to life.

Funds raised through this auction will help us expand our Sensory Regulation Stations, enhance our equipment and accessibility tools, support year-round programming, and lay the foundation for the return of Inclusion Festival in 2027. Every bid, every donation, and every share helps create community spaces where people with disabilities are not an afterthought, but are truly considered, supported, and included.
