Music has always been a part of my life.  Some of my earliest memories are of my mother playing the piano and my father singing.  I was fortunate to participate in private music lessons and a city public music program for children.  As much as music informed my life, the connections I made with the other students and instructors were what made me feel a part of a community.  

KIC is the only free extra-curricular music program in Kitsap County, providing kids a safe space to be themselves and help them learn that their voices matter. KIC's funding comes solely from grants and donations. I hope you will consider giving to KIC today to help us reach even more kids.
