Hello! I am Gabrielle, and I am the Fundraising Chair of the Drexel Perfect Pair Chapter. My participation within Perfect Pair is extremely meaningful to me, and I appreciate your support as we create authentic intergenerational connections. I originally joined two years ago and was matched with Alyce. She was very quiet until the topic of dogs or movies came up. She had the sweetest smile and was always a pleasure to hang out with. We would meet on Zoom each week to share stories of our lives and create fun memories with one another. Alyce and I have now stopped meeting and I moved up to be the fundraiser chair of the Drexel Perfect Pair Eboard. I am a psychology major and it is always so interesting to me to meet new people and learn about who they are. I enjoy just being able to talk to people and hear their stories. While on campus, I am only ever surrounded by teens/fresh adults. Through this position, I am able to meet amazing people who I never would have met otherwise.
