Hello! I'm Kalea Thompson and I'm one of the co-presidents of Perfect Pair at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Perfect Pair is important to our board and the community, any support is very much appreciated! We connect seniors and students based on interests to combat senior loneliness and promote the connecting of generations! These pairs are be valuable for both the student and the senior, as senior applicants are looking for social interaction, and students are looking for intergenerational relations. As I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant in long-term care, I've seen first-hand what isolation and loneliness looks like for these seniors and it's devastating to see. Perfect Pair provides and simple solution to a complex problem. Through donations, Perfect Pair can continue to work toward solving this epidemic of senior isolation. Thank you!
